TERMS OF SERVICE
if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
General
✧ i am still a student so please me patience with me
✧ instagram, discord, & VGen DMs (for VGen commissions) for communication!
✧ i will send you my process of the sketch
✧ i have the right to refuse your commission if it makes me uncomfortable
✧ if you have a certain deadline, please state it in your commission
✧ please provide references for your commission (poses, color, etc)
✧ most likely work on weekends and may take up 3-4 weeks depending on workload
✧ deliveries will be provided via by VGen platform, Google Drive, or email (depends on preference)
✧ if commissions are closed, you may dm me to be added to the waitlist
Payment
payment method: VGEN, venmo, ko-fi✧ payments will be made once you accept the commission
✧ i allow up to 3 revisions for free during sketch process. after the 3rd revision you will have to pay fee
✧ if you have a deadline, you will be paying a rush fee
✧ if commerial-use, there will be extra fee depending on the type of useage
✧ if you do not want me to share your commission on any social media, there will be privacy
Refunds
✧ i allow 100% refunds during the sketch process
✧ after the approval for the final sketch draft, there will be a 50% refund fee
✧ once enter the coloring process, NO REFUNDS
✧ client have the right to refund FULL PRICE after 1 month if the commissions hasn't made it pass the sketch stage
Useage
✧ my art are for personal use ONLY, unless stated for commerical use
✧ you may post my commissioned artwork as long as you me credit
✧ i have the right to use your commission as examples unless you pay a privacy fee
✧ do not claim my art as your own or retrace my artwork
✧ my art is NOT MADE FOR AI
